Thank you for your interest in the 12th Annual ChocolateFest sponsored by Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth. Please complete the information below to order tickets for the ChocolateFest. Please note tickets may be ordered online through 5 p.m., Thursday April 14, 2016. After that date, tickets for the evening event may not be available, and tickets for the daytime event must be purchased at the door. You will receive an email receipt when your order is processed. Please bring this receipt to the WILL CALL window or desk at the event to pick up your tickets. All advance purchase tickets will be held at will call. No tickets will be mailed.
Refunds: Because this event is a charitable fund raising event, all ticket sales are final.
Refunds and exchanges will not be granted.
The proceeds of this event benefit the programs of Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth.
Credit card charges for tickets may show up on credit card statements as being from Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth.
Evening of Chocolate and Wine Admissions
Please note tickets for the Friday, April 15, 2016 Evening of Chocolate and Wine are expected to sell out thus advance purchase is strongly advised. If there are any evening tickets left, they will be available at the door. There are a limited number of tickets available. Please bring your email receipt to WILL CALL to claim your tickets.
Day of Chocolate and Art Event Admissions
Please note the admissions for the Saturday April 16, 2016 Day of Chocolate and Art event are done on one hour increments. When selecting your tickets, please choose the entry or "seating" time you prefer for the 10:30, 11:30, and 12:30 entry times. Advance tickets will not be available for the 1:30 entry time. Tickets for that entry time will be available at the door only. This process is being used to improve your enjoyment of the chocolate samples, and to help insure adequate samples are available throughout the day.
